Welcome to Fabazar. By browsing fabazar.store, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and to our related policies, including Privacy Policy, Shipping Information, and Returns & Refunds.
If you do not agree, please do not use the website or place an order.
2. About Fabazar
Fabazar is an online store serving customers across Pakistan. Product availability, prices (in PKR), offers, and delivery options may change without prior notice. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock issues, pricing errors, fraud suspicion, unserviceable addresses, or incomplete customer details.
3. Eligibility
- You must provide accurate name, WhatsApp/phone number, and delivery address
- You confirm you are legally able to enter into a purchase in Pakistan
- You are responsible for orders placed using your contact details or customer account
4. Products & pricing
- We try to display products accurately, but colors/appearance may vary slightly by device screen and lighting
- Prices are shown in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise
- Discounts, deal tags, and free-shipping offers apply only as displayed at checkout and may have conditions
- If a product is listed at an obvious incorrect price, we may cancel the order and notify you
5. Orders & confirmation
- An order is an offer to buy; acceptance happens when we confirm and/or dispatch the order
- We may contact you on WhatsApp to verify the order, address, or COD details before shipping
- We reserve the right to cancel orders that appear fraudulent, abusive, or repeatedly refused on delivery
- Keep your phone reachable — undeliverable parcels may be returned to origin
6. Payment — Cash on Delivery & other methods
- Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on eligible orders across Pakistan
- Please keep the payable amount ready for the courier rider
- If prepaid methods are enabled, payment must clear before dispatch unless otherwise stated
- Fabazar will never ask for OTPs, card PINs, or remote access to your phone/banking apps
7. Shipping & delivery
Delivery is handled through couriers such as TCS, Leopard, and partners. Estimated timelines, charges, free-shipping rules, and tracking steps are described in our Shipping Information page, which forms part of these terms.
- Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees
- Delays may occur due to weather, strikes, courier backlog, remote areas, or incorrect addresses
- Risk in the goods generally passes on delivery to the address you provided (or to the person accepting the parcel there)
8. Returns, refunds & cancellations
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof. Change-of-mind returns are generally not accepted. Full rules are in our Returns & Refunds policy, which forms part of these terms.
- Cancellation requests should be made on WhatsApp before the order ships
- Approved refunds may be paid by bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa
9. Customer conduct
You agree not to:
- Place fake, abusive, or harassing orders
- Use another person’s details without permission
- Attempt to exploit pricing bugs, coupon abuse, or payment fraud
- Misuse WhatsApp/email support with threats or spam
We may suspend COD, cancel orders, or block future purchases where misuse is detected.
10. Intellectual property
All Fabazar branding, logos, website design, product photos, copy, and related content on fabazar.store are owned by Fabazar or used with permission. You may not copy, republish, or commercially reuse them without written consent.
11. Limitation of liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fabazar is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses (such as lost profits) arising from website use or product purchase
- Our total liability for any order-related claim is limited to the amount you paid for that order (or the replacement/refund remedies in our returns policy)
- We are not responsible for courier delays outside our reasonable control, force majeure events, or issues caused by incorrect customer information
12. Website availability
We aim to keep fabazar.store available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, hosting issues, or third-party outages may temporarily affect browsing or checkout.
13. Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Courts in Pakistan shall have jurisdiction over disputes, without limiting any consumer protections available under applicable law.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
