This Privacy Policy explains how Fabazar (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you visit fabazar.store, place an order, contact support, or otherwise use our services.
By using our website or placing an order, you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you shop or contact us, we may collect:
- Identity & contact details: name, WhatsApp/phone number, email address
- Delivery details: full shipping address, city, landmark, and related notes
- Order details: products ordered, order value, COD preference, tracking/courier information
- Support messages: WhatsApp chats, complaint forms, emails, and attachments you send (such as photos/videos for claims)
- Account details: if you create a Shopify customer account (login email, saved addresses, order history)
- Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and cookies/analytics used by Shopify and our store tools
We do not ask for OTPs, card PINs, CVVs, or internet banking passwords. Never share those with anyone claiming to be Fabazar.
3. How we use your information
- Process, confirm, pack, and deliver your orders across Pakistan
- Share necessary details with couriers (for example TCS / Leopard) for shipment and tracking
- Contact you about order status, delivery attempts, delays, or address clarification via WhatsApp/SMS/email
- Handle returns, refunds, replacements, and complaints
- Improve our website, product selection, fraud prevention, and customer experience
- Send service messages; marketing messages only where allowed and where you can opt out
- Meet legal, tax, accounting, or dispute-related requirements
4. Cash on Delivery & payments
For COD orders, we and/or the courier may use your phone number and address to complete delivery and collect payment. If refunds are approved, we may collect bank / JazzCash / Easypaisa details solely to send your refund.
Online payment (if enabled later) is processed through Shopify and/or secure payment providers. Fabazar does not store full card numbers on our own servers.
5. Who we share data with
We only share personal data when needed to run the store:
- Shopify: our ecommerce platform that hosts the store, checkout, and customer accounts
- Couriers / logistics partners: to deliver parcels and provide tracking
- Communication tools: WhatsApp, email, or SMS providers used for order updates and support
- Analytics / advertising tools: if enabled (for example Shopify analytics or pixels), which may use cookies/device data
- Professional advisors or authorities: when required by law or to protect our rights and customers against fraud
We do not sell your personal information.
6. Cookies & similar technologies
fabazar.store uses cookies and similar technologies for essential store functions (cart, checkout, login), preferences, security, and analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings, but some site features may not work correctly if cookies are blocked.
7. Data retention & security
- We keep order and customer records as long as needed for delivery, support, accounting, dispute resolution, and legal compliance
- We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, including Shopify’s platform security
- No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure; please use strong passwords for any customer account
8. Your choices & rights
Subject to applicable law in Pakistan, you may request to:
- Access the personal information we hold about you
- Correct inaccurate details (name, address, WhatsApp number, email)
- Ask us to delete or restrict certain data where we no longer need it for orders/legal reasons
- Opt out of marketing messages (service/order messages may still be sent)
